The ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship® South Africa started in 1947. This was ten years after CEF was founded by Jesse Irvin Overholtzer in 1937. Our mission is to evangelise children, disciple them, and establish them in a local church.
Good News Clubs® take place in neighbourhood settings such as homes, schools, and community centers all over the world and are designed to bring the Gospel of Christ to children on their level in their environment.
Our holiday 5-Day Club® takes place over the course of a 5-day period. We coordinate with church leaders, schools and volunteers in order to reach children during each holiday.
There are many children who were in Good News Clubs® that are now teenagers, and through CYIA they can have the opportunity to reach children for Christ and grow spiritually. YOU can be a part of this team!
