A message from the National Coordinator, Daisy Naicker
South Africa has an estimated population of 58 million people.
People of diverse origins, cultures, languages, and religions. Of the country’s eleven official languages, nine – all except Afrikaans and English – are Bantu languages. Sixteen million of this population are children under 15 years of age.
After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” - Revelation 7:9-10
I am reminded of the need to reach every child with the gospel of Christ. What a glorious day it will be when we gather around God’s throne worshipping with children from all tribes, nations and tongues!
The field is ripe unto harvest, but the workers are few. Will you join with us in asking our heavenly Father to call workers? Luke 10:2. Three workers in each of the nine provinces. Your prayers will make a difference.
